Double built 11', 3-piece, 2 tips, bag and tube.  Serial number E46346.  Rod was owned by Luis Marden.  Mr. Marden worked for National Geography for fifth plus years.  This enabled him to fish a lot  of great rivers world wide.  He visited my  shop a couple times.   We had a great  time talking fishing and rod building.  Luis  passed away  March 14, 2003.  He purched this rod new  from Hardy along with reel #989 on our website.   It a Marque Salmon # 2 with new line and backing.  The rod and reel look like new.  I don't think Luis got to fish Norway great  salmon rivers as he planed to do with  this rod.   rod $700. reel $300.
