612. Hardy Palakona 6', # 5 line, 2-piece, 1 tip bag and tube.  Has a real nice crisp dry fly action.   Rod is new never been fished  $850.00

648.  Hardy Palakona 7'2", 2-piece, 2 tips, # 5 line. Bag and tube.  Rod  was purchased new about 1993.  Still looks new.  Maybe never fished.  This is a real nice crisp dry fly action.   $970.00

672.   Constable 6' 9" R H Woods model 2-piece, 1 tip bag and tube.   It is built on the staggered ferrule design.  There is a aluminum extension to make the butt section the same length as the tip when in the carrying tube. I have lawn cast the rod.  It does a real nice job with a WF 5.  The rod was made in England mid 1970's.  I do not think it has ever been fished.  $375.00

  690.  Weber Fly Fishing outfit in metal box.  Includes 9' 3-piece bamboo rod with 2 tips.  Rod is in excellent condition.  I have steel wool the rod and given it a light varnish.  There is also a Weber reel, two boxes of flies, fly line, Weber fly line dressing, Weber dry fly oil and a Weber fly casting instruction book.  I have a 1942 Weber catalog and they show a outfit like this but with a lesser model rod.   This outfit includes the Weber number 3500 Henshall Hand Kraft Model name and decal on rod are in prefect condition.  The Weber Company was located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.  This is a very nice collectable and useable rod and reel.  The flies maybe good for display only.  $450.00

795. F.E. Thomas Special 8' 6" Streamer rod # 6 to 7 line, 3-piece, 2 tips bag and tube. I have steel wool and given rod a light varnish over coat.  It is now ready to add water and fish.  I have even cast the rod it does a real nice job with a DT 6 or WF 7.  $1,450

 misc_848_1_thumb.jpg (858 bytes) misc_848_2_thumb.jpg (890 bytes) misc_848_3_thumb.jpg (962 bytes) 848.  Hudson 8' 6", 3-piece, 2 tips bag and tube.  Rod is marked Hudson #100.  I have never seen a Hudson before.   The cane looks like Heddon and the aluminum tube is marked Heddon.  My guess it is a private label rod made by  Heddon.  I have refinished it.  New guides, varnish and cleaned the handle.  It is now ready to add water and fish.   I have lawn cast rod it is real nice with a DT 5.  $375.00

This rod was assembled from impregnated blanks.  I would guess they were made in England by Farlow or Constable.  The owner did a nice job of assembling the rod.  I have lawn cast it with a WF 7 and WF 8 it is a real nice streamer and bass bugging rod.   $525.00

Wet Fly Rod, 9', 2 tips, bag and tube.  Mid section is 1 1/2" short.  I have given rod a light varnish over coat.  On the lawn the rod cast a DT 5 real nice.  It is a good rod for small wet flies and nynphs.  This is a perfect match for a Hardy L.R.H reel.   Such as # 367 on our reel secton. $600.00

TonkaQueen 7 3/4'= 7' 8 1/2', 2 tips bag and tube.  My 1949 H.I. catalog list this rod as a 7 3/4' = length.  I have lawn cast the rod.  It's real nice with a DT 5.  Rod shows little use.   It looks like it has spent its's life in the aluminum tube.  $295.00 Sold

Bolt. has acquired the rod shop of Gary Howells and is now producing a fine hollow butt rod that looks and casts like Gary's.  I have lawn cast this rod and it does a real nice job with a WF 6.  The rod looks like new.  $1,150.00

(1 tipi s 2 1/2" short). Rod was made early 1930's.   Everything is original bag tube and bag tag.  Rod is from an estate of a early Detroit Auto manfacture.  I doubt if its been fished in the last 50 years.  I have lawn cast it and it is a perfect DT3.  $1,600  Sold

Rod looks like new.  It has spent most of its life in the bag and tube.  I think it was made in the late 1960's.  It is much like a bamboo rod.  I have lawn cast it .  It well cast any line from # 8 to 10 line 70 feet with ease.  A great rod for bass bugging, salmom, steelhead and large pike.   $75.00 On hold

Cast a # 5 line like a dream.  It 's in excellent condition, shows very little use.  $85.00

Winston 7' 6", 2-piece, 2 tips, bag and tube.  # 3 to 4 line.  Rod was built January 1953 in San Franscio.   Rod is in like new condition.  It is all original and looks like it's spent it life in the bag and aluminum tube.  The buyer will be it's second owner.  We are selling  it as part of a estate of 23 rods and miscellaneous fly fishing tackle. It is rare to find one in this condition.   $2,100. Sold

Young Co. about 1960.  It is 3" shorter then the original).  I have lawn the rod it is great with a DT 7 on either tip.  It is a real nice streamer rod.  I have steel wooled and given the rod a light varnish over coat.  It is now ready to fish.   $500.00

958. C.W. Jenkins 7' 6" 2-piece, 2 tips, #4 line. Bag and tube. Rod was built 1984. It is in like new condition. This rod is Chuck's first 7' 6" for a 4 line. A letter from Chuck to the owner will go with the rod. I have lawn cast the rod it is a perfect dry fly rod. $1,350.
