 541. South Bend model 479 -7 Fly Spin Combo 7',
2 piece. 1 tip bag & tube. I have completely refinished rod. It now looks better then
new. It cast a # 5 line as a fly rod and 4 to 6 lb. line as a spinning rod.
The cork handle is 10" long with 2 black aluminum screw lock reel seat at the rear
for a fly reel. Rod was made about 1950. The South bend label on rod is in
perfect condition. Wraps are green black variegated. Price $225.00
  820. South Bend 9', 3-piece,
2 tips bag and cardboard tube. Rod has been refinished to better then new. I
have lawn casted it. It is perfect rod for bass bugging, steelhead or salmon.
I like it with a DT 7 line. $250.00

South Bend 4' 10", 2-piece casting rod with South Bend model 550A
reel jewel bearings. I have refinsihed rod using the original agate guides. It is
ready to add a plug and catch a bass or collect. Rod and Reel $225.00
    840. South Bend 9', 3-piece, 2 tips, bag and tube.
Cast a 6 to 7 line real nice. It is a prefect streamer and nymph fishing rod.
Rod has been refinished by a good craftsman. It is now better than new. the
ferrules have been wrapped full length. the ferrules were the weak point of a South
Bend. Wrapping them fixes the problem. Some of the best rods made such as
Winston and Gary Howell wrapped theirs full length. $195.00
