8'6", 2-piece, 2 tips, 6 to 7 line. Bag and tube. Rod is dated 1953.
I have refinished rod new guides, I used new old stock bronzed guides as original.
New cork in handle and reel seat. I have lawn cast the rod with a DT 6 and WF 7 it
is one great casting rod 60 to 70 feet with ease. It has a little more butt
diameter. Making it a little less Parabolic. $1,950.
884. Paul H. Young
8'6", 3-piece, 1 tip bag and tube. Super z ferrules. This rod
was assembled by owner in early 1950"s using Paul H. Young blanks. I refinished
the rod in 1970's installed supper z nickle silver ferrule. It looks like the rod
has not been used since. I have lawn cast the rod and it is a real joy to cast with
a DT6 or WF 7. $750.00 On

885. Paul H. Young-Heddon
8',3-piece, 2 tips (1 tip 1 1/2" short). Bag and tube. This rod was
original a Paul H. Young Dry Fly Special from 1940's made by Heddon for the Young
Company. I refinished and intalled early style Paul H. Young nickle silver ferrules
in 1970's. It looks like it has not been fished very little if any since. I
have lawn cast the rod I like it with a DT6. $650.00

Young Martha Marie model 7' 6", 2-piece, 2 tips,# 5 line, bag and
tube. Rod is in excellent condition and shows very little use. Rod was made in 1974.

Fiberglass Spinning rod 7', 4 to 6 lb. line. Bag and tube. Rod was made
about 1957. It is in good fishable condition. It is inscribed in black ink
"Paul H. Young Co., Detroit" on the shaft and the reel seat rings are stamped
"Paul H. Young Co., Detroit". It even has the original two compartment rayon bag
in good condition. $175.00
