7’6” #3 to 4 line 2tips bag & tube Rod was built befor 1955 It has no Serial # Serial numbers started in 1955 Attached is page from 1954 Paul Young catalog Rod was then named Nymph Jr. very few were made I worked for the Paul Young co. starting in 1956 with Paul Young and stayed with the co. untill 1974 I would guess there were less than 6 made When I started my own shop I made my version of it and called it model 260 After lawn casting this rod Ihad to take it fishing I used a early 1965 SA WF. 3 F & 9ft. 6x leader First with a 16 adams then a 16 soft hackle. This is a real special rod It will keep you on the river all day It is the best 7’ 6” 3 WT.rod I have ever fished Even if you dont get a fish You will enjoy placing a fly were you think a fish lives the finnish is hand rubbed oil
